1. Standard service commitment
Envelaro operates the standard service using commercially reasonable care and aims to restore material interruptions promptly. Unless an order expressly includes a service-level agreement, no guaranteed uptime percentage, response time, or service credit applies.
The public status page is the primary location for material platform incident updates. Support requests may be submitted through the customer portal or contact page.
2. Availability exclusions
- Planned or emergency maintenance communicated where reasonably practical.
- Customer configuration, DNS, devices, networks, third-party integrations, or unauthorised use outside Envelaro’s control.
- Internet or recipient-mail-system conditions, spam filtering, rejection, or delivery routing outside Envelaro’s control.
- Abuse mitigation, security response, legal restrictions, force majeure, and preview or beta features.
3. Trials, evaluations, and preview features
Trial access uses the same published conduct rules but is provided for evaluation and may have lower usage limits. Preview and beta features may be changed, interrupted, reset, or withdrawn and must not be used as the only copy of important data.
4. Contracted service levels
If an order includes a service-level agreement, that agreement identifies covered services, measurement, exclusions, support objectives, and any exclusive service-credit remedy. Marketing statements do not create an SLA.
