How does the included video meeting allowance work?

Starter, Growth and Scale include Envelaro Meet Lite: one host and up to five guests, up to 60 minutes per meeting, and 600 participant-minutes shared by the organization each month. Each connected participant uses minutes: six people connected for 30 minutes use 180 participant-minutes. This is not a per-mailbox allowance. When the allowance is exhausted, new joins are blocked until it resets.

Can people outside our organization join?

Yes. Invite guests from your calendar and share their meeting invitation. Guests join in the browser using their invitation details and wait until the host arrives.

Is Envelaro priced per user?

No. Public plans are priced per organization and include a published mailbox, domain and shared-storage capacity. The per-mailbox figure is only an equivalent cost when the plan is fully used.

What is included with every business email plan?

Every public plan includes custom-domain webmail, secure IMAP and SMTP access, calendar, contacts, tasks, team chat, voice calls, Envelaro Meet Lite video meetings, shared files and Envelaro Protect.

Can we keep our existing business domain?

Yes. Your organization keeps ownership of its domain. Envelaro guides verification, mail routing, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration for each approved sending domain.

Can Envelaro migrate email from our current provider?

Migration is available after a source assessment. The method and scope depend on the provider, mailbox count, data volume, access model and any calendar, contact or archive requirements.
