Keep control of your name
Use the domain your customers already recognize. Moving email providers later does not require changing every public-facing address.
Give your team consistent company email addresses while keeping ownership of your domain, brand and DNS decisions.
Custom-domain email replaces a generic address such as company@gmail.com with an address on your own domain. It creates a consistent business identity for employees and role accounts, but the visible address is only one part of a reliable setup. Mail routing, sender authentication, access and administration must also be configured correctly.
Your organization continues to own and control its domain. Envelaro provides the verification, MX and authentication requirements needed for the service, while an authorized administrator approves publication through the domain's DNS provider. Website and unrelated DNS records are reviewed separately and should not be overwritten during email setup.
Once the domain is ready, administrators can create mailboxes and approved aliases, provide access to users and review service state from one place. SPF, DKIM and DMARC guidance helps receiving services verify legitimate messages and makes impersonation policy more explicit.

Create named users alongside approved addresses such as billing@, support@ or enquiries@ without mixing company communication into personal accounts.
Publish and validate the required SPF, DKIM and DMARC records instead of assuming an MX change alone completes the setup.
Envelaro is intended for organizations managing their own business domains. Third-party resale and bulk unsolicited sending are not included.
Add the requested verification record without transferring ownership of the domain to Envelaro.
List the mailboxes, aliases, groups and catch-all requirements the organization actually needs.
Review MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC values and preserve website, application and third-party sending records.
Confirm inbound delivery, outbound authentication and user access before retiring any previous mailbox service.
